We manufacture custom and standard centrifugal castings for a variety of applications — ranging from automotive engines to compressors, marine, HVAC, and locomotive industries.

What Is Centrifugal Casting?

Centrifugal casting is a manufacturing process where molten metal is poured into a rotating mold at high speed (up to 3000 RPM). The centrifugal force pushes the molten metal against the mold walls, displacing impurities and ensuring uniform grain structure.

This process results in cast components that are:

  • Denser and structurally uniform
  • Free from porosity, blow holes, and sand residue
  • Stronger and longer-lasting than sand cast parts

Centrifugal casting enhances durability, improves strength by up to 30%, and ensures consistent mechanical properties in every liner.

Technical Specifications & Size Range

Specification Range
Inner Diameter (ID) 45 mm to 400 mm
Outer Diameter (OD) 50 mm to 500 mm
Length Up to 650 mm
Metal Grades Cast Iron, SG Iron, Stainless Steel, Ni-Resist Alloys
We also provide proof machined or semi-finished castings as per customer drawings or samples.

Advantages of Centrifugal Casting

  • Superior Physical Properties — Higher tensile strength, elongation, and uniformity
  • Longer Engine Life — Reduced liner wear, scuff resistance, and overload capacity
  • Defect-Free Finish — Virtually no blow holes, hard spots, cavities, or porosity
  • Flexible Production — Fast setup and delivery for custom sizes and quantities
  • High-Temp Capability — Ideal for advanced alloys like molybdenum-based liners
  • Cost-Effective — Less material waste and reduced rejection rates

Centrifugal casting is the only viable method for producing today's high-performance moly-hard liners.

Industries We Serve

  • Automobile — Cars, SUVs, MUVs, racing & commercial vehicles
  • Tractors & Earthmovers — Compact, utility, and heavy-duty equipment
  • HVAC & Compressors — Reciprocating, ammonia, freon, air & gas applications
  • Power Generators — Diesel engine liners & related components
  • Marine, Mining & Pneumatics — Custom-grade centrifugal castings
  • Locomotive & Defense — Railway liners & specialized alloy castings
